Briefly about gear used and recording process
Guitar:
- Squier Tele MIJ E6 Series, 1986-1987.
Guitar is stock, except:
- Wilkinson compensated bridge
- Neck PU was rewound at one time, to unknown spec. Guy who did it said he made it stronger.
- Strings: Tomastick BeBop 12, about 3.5 years old.
- Attached Roland GK3 MIDI pick up
Synths:
- Yamaha QY70
- Some soft synth loaded in Multitrack DAW
Recording gear and routing:
- Squier to Boss SE70.
- GK3 to GI20 converter, sending MIDI data simultaneously to Yamaha QY70 and to PC DAW.
- Boss SE70 and QY70 audio outputs plugged into Behringer BCA2000, connected via USB to PC DAW.
Sounds:
- "Chords", panned mid left: neck PU to Electro Acoustic preset on SE70
- "Solo", panned center: Squier/GK3/GI20 triggering Yamaha QY70, some flute preset, don't know for sure. Recorded into DAW as audio.
- Doubled solo, panned mid right: MIDI data from GK3, recorded simoultaneously with audio from QY70, triggering some DAW soft synth sound.
- Backing track, one repeating pattern, stereo: drums and bass QY70, from "Goa style" pattern, with "out of sync" percussion from some other "style".
MIX:
- EQ, compression, some delay and reverb on "chords".
- No editing, except fade out, each track recorded in one take, no punch ins.

VladanMovies - Guitar
Everything is totaly inprovised. Danilo plays something into TRIO pedal, withoput explanation, not even the key and we work from there according to what we hear and own abilities.
To distinguish between two guitars:
- Danilo's sound is more open, both clean or distorted, without much additional FX. He was much further from the microphone, so there is somewhat less bass in recording.
- VladanMovies' sound is muddier, somewhat more bass due proximity to the microphone, as well as the fact he played through an bass amp and has quite a bit of chorus/ flanger FX on top.

Hi, I was away for a while and now here it is ...
Soundtrack:
A compilation of my music, presented in previous videos, Except this one:
from 17:48, draft electro version from 4-5 years ago, and
from 22:55, the same tune, try outs on a guitar (Squier Tele, of course), from 2001-2.
Actually, it's a chorus of a melody, followed by a somewhat jazzed up one.
Everything just repeats couple of times with very little variation
(no variations at all in electro version, just one plain + one jazzed, then repeat)
Video:
10x timelapse, ie 8 hours drive by car in 48 minutes. Non stop recording, I think I only cut out one break at "Djurdjevica Tara", and maybe a couple of moments when I changed the camera.
I put some 10 links as annotations to skip in time, according to larger towns or important spots I passed by/ through.
The first 10 minutes were filmed by "sunglasses camera", so it's a little more shakey. From 10-24 it's standard recording. From 24min onwards, it's filmed by android phone, overlayed with OBD, GPS data, and maps from navigation. Sync is based upon a time stamp, but some values and pictures do not follow eachother, you can see how this GPS on Android is imprecise (the Nokia one is much better, in line with OBD data, which I'll show in some of the following films), etc. ...
