This is looped recording. I can do only 2 full rolls in a row. I can roll it for minutes, but with hickups, missing the last finger here and there, eventually dropping it on the floor.
I have no idea if this is any good for guitar playing, but it is good for concentration and such. My ring finger and pinky are numb for months already (pinched nerve, or tennis elbow) and being out of guitar at the moment I thought some exercise would not hurt.
